Avalon has a significant role in Canon's employee events
We are responsible for designing the concept and handling the practical execution of numerous employee events at Canon.
At the 2025 kick off event in January, we implemented a concept that connected the themes of artificial intelligence and security with Canon’s business, based on Canon's wishes.
The “AI to Canon – AITO Canon” concept explored the opportunities of using AI in Canon’s internal work, while at the same time highlighting the importance of human contribution.
The employee event served as a safe platform for experimenting with AI and enabling open discussion on the topic.
Innovative use of AI at the event included:
- AI-generated music to accompany the speeches
- A real-time AI image stream based on the event’s key words
- An AI-generated video capturing Canon employees’ thoughts on AI in their own work.
The event successfully combined a spirit of experimentation, the Canon brand and staff engagement.
